Privacy notice
Version 2026-09-12. This notice covers the personal data collected through this website. It is written to be read, not to protect us.

Draft fields awaiting the owner
The following details must be completed and verified before this policy is published. They are shown as outstanding rather than filled with invented business information.
- The legal entity name and, if registered, company number acting as data controller
- A business email address and postal address for privacy requests
- Final approved retention periods (six months for unconverted enquiries is proposed)
- Confirmation of the email or CRM provider used to reply to enquiries
What we collect
When you send a consultation request or a message, we collect: your name; your email address; your stated relationship to the student; an optional age band for tuition; an optional responsible adult’s details where the student is under 18; the service, level, course and target date you mention; your country and timezone; your preferred time windows; anything you write in the free-text box; whether you asked to discuss access needs privately; whether you opted in to email updates; and the page you submitted from.
We also record a technical timestamp and a rate-limiting record so the form cannot be abused. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party trackers on this site.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not send passport or identity documents, medical or diagnostic reports, financial statements, or detailed immigration circumstances. The form accepts no file uploads. If you tell us about an access need, we would rather discuss it in the call than store a description of it.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation — because you asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to people who contact us.
- To deliver teaching you have agreed to — to perform our agreement with you.
- To send optional study guides — only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time. It is never bundled with your enquiry and never a condition of a reply.
- To protect the form from abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in a private database. They are not publicly readable. Only signed-in staff accounts with an active staff record can read them, and every status change is recorded with the account that made it. Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf under contract.
Children and young people
Where a student is under 18 we expect a parent or guardian to be involved, and we confirm guardian consent before any paid teaching begins. For students under 16 the enquiry should be made by a responsible adult. Paying for lessons does not by itself make someone a guardian.
How long we keep it
Proposed periods, pending the owner’s final approval: enquiries that do not lead to teaching are reviewed for deletion after six months; records relating to teaching we delivered are kept for the period required for tax and contractual purposes; marketing consent records are kept for as long as the consent is active, plus a short period afterwards as proof of withdrawal.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw marketing consent. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your enquiry. Once a business email address is confirmed it will be published here as the route for those requests; until then, use the contact form and quote your reference.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
This notice is versioned. The version that applied when you submitted a form is recorded with your consent, so we can always show which terms you actually agreed to.
