How payment will work
- The consultation is free and takes no payment details.
- After the consultation you receive a written scope and a fee in writing before anything begins.
- Blocks are paid in advance by bank transfer or invoice once payment arrangements are confirmed. There is no automatic renewal and no stored card.
- Cancellation: lessons rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged. Later cancellations may be charged, and the exact terms appear in the written agreement.
- Unused hours within a block are refundable at the single-lesson rate for lessons not yet delivered, subject to the terms in your written agreement.
Why prices say “indicative”
Publishing a firm price implies it has been approved and can be honoured. Until the owner signs off the schedule and confirms capacity, these figures tell you the expected cost without pretending to be a contract.
